Mp4 video files

I’ve captured some match videos on a phone so the video format is mp4.

Now I can play these files in WMP, but cant import them into Movie Maker, or Adobe Premiere.

I cant upload these straight to youtube because a few of them are bigger than 100Mb.

I cant find a free converter anywhere that will let me convert mp4 to avi or something that I can import into movie maker or premiere.

Help!

try ffmpeg to convert em to avi so you can use them vids in premiere
