Need advice on fighting stick for my PC

Hello there,
I was looking at the HORI Fighting Stick VX & V3 I was wondering if either of these are compatible for the PC. If not i am wondering a alternative I’m on a 85$ budget. You know got real life to deal with. Would like it to be well made as well. This is my first fighting stick so i am very unsure I’ll mostly be playing SSF4AE.

any compatible xbox 360 wired controllers will work on PC as long as theyre wired
