New to Alpha 3 competitively need Rog Frame Data

So I decided to start playing Alpha 3 that I downloaded from the PSN (I hope all the frame data is the same) but cant find frame data anywhere and I wanted to figure some things out with rog soo… can anyone help?

Be sure to select the CPS2 version of Boxer by beating the USA course on World Tour Mode or by accumulating 8 hours of play time and then holding down L2 before you pick him. I don’t know the data for the console-only version of Balrog, sorry.

Now, assuming that the PS1 version retains its faithfulness to the CPS2 game, here’s what Balrog’s frame data should look like:
