Awesome, I can walk there. Is this going to be on PS3 or 360?

#7

NCR is following EVO format and everything will be on PS3.

ST Tournament at NCR9 -- June 18th & 19th 1PM Milpitas, CA

ooks like the site is getting updating as I type this! what would be the best air port to fly into? San Jose international(SJC)? transportation from the airport?

ouch 104 dollars a night? is the the best option around or is there other hotels around?

#10

San Jose airport is the closest. Airport code SJC. If you book a room at the hotel, there is free shuffle service.

The rooms are a bit expensive but note that every room is a 650 sq ft suite with a separate bedroom and living room. The living room contains a couch that folds out into a bed so each suite is designed for multiple people. I recommend sharing with 3-4 people. Aside from the free shuttle, booking a room also gives free breakfast and open bar in the evenings. Not to mention it helps support NCR.

#11

Hey there everyone

I’ve been lurking here for awhile, trying to learn what I can, this is my first post. I’m going to try and head up to this event if I get the weekend without a training day (I’m a soldier stationed in Monterey). Would anyone be interested in a 3’s team just for fun? I am no Daigo, but I like to think I am okay. I am newly playing on PS3, switched to SSFIV from SFA2. Playing Gouken as my main. If anyone thinks it could be fun let me know, and I’ll see you all there.

#12

any known special shit ( like how they had KOF 13 at the last Regionals and usually jap players ) or is it TBA as it comes?

#13

soooo…is there going to be a Norcal v. Socal 5v5 again? If so, will there be team qulaifiers?

#14

Thanks for ask your help choiboy, I’ll book my planes tickets as soon as they go down

#15

There is no norcal vs socal this time.

#16

Bringing a cvs2 setup for casuals. side tourney?

#17

I am trying to reverser my room but on the website the room rate is $124 dollars a night. So, I called to speak to some one instead I spoke to a women in sales named Angel and she verified that the contact room rate is 124 a night is that right?

is this going to be the final room rate? because you have $104 listed on the norcal regionals website and in your posts, here and in the Tournament section.

#18

It is supposed to be 104 with advanced purchase. I believe 124 is the refundable rate. The page used to contain all those options but I don’t see that right now. I’ll inquire with the event manager and update you guys.

#19

woot woot Ill be there!!!

#20

money match please?
