how do you make aim icons you av? i kno this is dumb but i couldn’t get it to work and i tried so many times(1)

AIM Icons: least 7.5 mb, and 60 x 60 pixels
when i save it, it just shows the pic and not the movement in the icon
.gif= animated or non animated (depend on how many frames)
.jpeg= full non-animated
Check at either .gif or .jpeg
