If you are selling something on a place like Amazon.com or Ebay, and somebody needs to return an item, they go through some options where they print a return label and mail it back (I don’t know what information is actually ON that label though). For that reason, does the seller even need to put their return address on the package? Since the site acts as an intermediary and already has the seller’s information on record somewhere, I always wondered about that.
Wish you came with a return address so we could ship you back.
What is this, Yahoo Answers?
Pretty sure Amazon requires you to label your own business return address when selling through their site. You’re just paying them to market your goods on their site and provide tracking information, which requires a return address.
If you’re worried about listing your own address just get a PO Box.
