Shirt Woot Anyone?

Wow it’s been a while since I’ve been in image mishmash.

Looks like it’s not so much artwork as just random pics now. I suppose I shouldn’t complain. It’s not like I have done any artwork up until now for posting in here anyway.

Anyway I’m trying to get back into art again, just as a hobby. But more on the design end.

I am open to critiques on this one. Right now it’s also up on

Direct link to the shirt design is here:

It’s a weekly contest for t-shirt designs. Has anyone been to before?
This week’s derby theme is music.
If you have, and you like my design, please vote.
and even if you don’t, any critiques are welcome as well.

Thanks for any constructive comments guys!

design looks pretty good… ur gonna have some killer comp on that website…

That design is pretty damn dope, boo. Where can I get a shirt like that?

That design’s awesome.

Thanks! I am relatively new to design. I have always done comic book and video game style art, but it’s my first real attempts at design.

Thanks lucky! I appreciate it!

and i love shirt.woot too. I try to limit myself to purchasing 2 shirts a month from there LOL

oh yea. it’s crazy. I’m not expecting to get printed EVER. But it’s fun to submit designs and it helps me practice and gives me practical feedback.

and hey, if I ever do get printed, then extra money

this is all hobby work.

thanks Ryusuke. Well, if it ever gets printed, or if I get a chance to print my designs myself, I’ll let you know. But until then, it’s just pipe dreams.

Thanks Banana!

I’ll post up my next ones and see what the public thinks.

It’s tough working with only 6 colors and creating something that someone would not just want to look at, but would want to wear too.

Wow, looks great. ramyb and sekiyoku have been winning too much.

Thanks!

ramy and sekiyoku win almost every week.

They both have a pretty large fanbase there.

They do good work, but that does make it tough for n00b artists.
