Post any good tag or solo combos.

LP = Light Punch
HP = Heavy Punch
LK= Light Kick
HK = Heavy Kick
qcf = quarter circle forward
qcb = quarter circle back
d, d = down, down
j. = jump
sj. = super jump
’/’ = or
’~’ = plink or attack cancel
’>’ = special cancel
’xx’ = hyper cancel

Solo:

HP, HP > qcf+LP, (dash) > HP, HP > qcb+LP, qcf+LK xx qcf+LP+HP = 4700 Damage. UMvC3 bnb still works. Not much to say.

HP, HP > qcf+LP, (dash) > HP, HP > qcf+HK (hold), HP, HP > qcb+LP, qcf+LK xx qcf+LP+HP = 5555 Damage. Upwards Hellfire now inflicts enough hitstun to juggle with HP, HP. Decent amount if you are alone. If you are cornered with the opponent right next to you, you MUST dash between qcf+LP and HK Hellfire.

HP , HP > qcf+LP, (dash) > df+LP, HP, HP, HK > qcb+LP, df+LP, HP, HP >qcb+LK~K~K… xx qcf+LP+HP = 5700 Damage. Found thanks to this combo video by NoMii Aegis: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VQyTnnpyd40

Corner only:
HP, HP > qcf+LP, HP, HP > qcb+LP, HP, HP > qcf+LP xx qcf+LK+HK ~ LK/HK = 5040 Damage. Although you use up your wall bounce on the first qcf+LP, you can still juggle with SoV hyper at the end.

Ghost Rider/Dante:

HP, HP > qcf+LP, (dash) > HP, HP > qcb+LP, qcf+LK > Tag > j. HP > airdash > j. HP > double jump > j. HP > qcf+LP, HP, cr. HP, sj. HP > qcf+HP xx qcf+LP+HP = 6224 Damage. Works with j. d+HP jump-in.

HP, HP > qcf+LP, (dash) > HP, HP > qcb+LP, qcf+LK > Tag > j. HP > airdash > j. HP > double jump > j. HP > qcf+LP, HP, cr. HP, sj. HP > qcf+HK, qcb + HP ~ LP~Tag xx qcf+LP+HP = 6548 Damage. Works with j. d+HP jump-in.

HP, HP > qcf+LP, (dash) > HP, HP > qcf+HK (hold), HP, HP > qcb+LP, qcf+LK > Tag > j. HP > airdash > j. HP > double jump > j. HP > qcf+LP, whiff HP > d, d+HP ~ HP, qcb+HP ~ LP~Tag xx qcf+LP+HP = 6750 Damage. Works with j. d+HP jump-in.

HP, HP > qcb+LP, qcf+LK > Tag > j.HP > airdash > j. HP > double jump > j. HP > qcf+LP, whiff HP > d, d+HP ~ HP, qcb+HP ~ LP~Tag xx qcf+LK+HK ~ LP or HP ~ LK or HK = 7043 Damage. Works with j. d+HP jump-in.

These are all really great! Haven’t gave Ghost Rider a shot in the lab yet but I’ll try today and let you know what I find :slight_smile:

I like this character a lot. His solo damage isn’t fantastic, but he is great with assistance.

Making a video with combos and synergy concepts with him, I’ll post it here once I’m done. It’s all GR/Jedah but the ideas can be used for other characters as well.

Is there any way to combo into Ghost Rider’s level 3 super? As far as I can tell it’s a throw and would assume no, but I’m new to marvel and don’t really know.
Sorry if this is a stupid question.

There is currently no way for a throw to connect during hitstun or blockstun. The only exceptions are hitgrabs but those have attack hitboxes not throw boxes.

EDIT: I think Haggars air command grab is another exception.

Best solo combo I have found:

hp,hp, qcf+lp, hp, hp, qcf+hk (hold), hp, hp, qcb+lp, hp, hp, hk, qcb+lk (mash as many hits you can) xx qcf+lphp. Does 5945ish if you start off with an air d+hp you can get 6070.
