Hey guys, if you have etching done on your panels would you mind posting some pics of it on here? I really don’t feel like going through the 500+ pages of the check out my stick thread and the search function isn’t really helping out here. I want to check out how it came out and see if I get any cool ideas before I go through with my order. Thanks!
Just text, and not a great pic, looks better in person without flash. But here

How bad does it smudge? Nice stick by the way. I’m getting the all black plexi for the top and a clear or mirror clear to throw I’m the bottom of this all white TE shell I just picked up.
It was absolutely full of visible fingerprints in bright light after I finished putting it together but isn’t very noticeable otherwise in regular use, although you’d probably want to wipe it off once in a while. Black plexi + etching is a great idea for a clean look (obviously I agree lol), but the black panels are also etched on the top, so if you have anything etched on the bottom portions where hands are resting, it could be distracting while playing.
Yeah that’s what I was thinking. I’m going with a full etch I’m just waiting on the artwork to get finished up and then make some changes to it. I might throw in my tag on the bottom then so it won’t get too distracting but we’ll see happens. I’m still debating on buttons, I like the dark hai ones but I also plan on doing some led mods too so I might just go with the clear smoke ones or just all clear.

The smudge you see is from when I first got this in the mail it’s from the tape that was used in the packaging to wrap it up. I managed to get it stuck to the plexi unwrapping it but like <a href=“http://forums.shoryuken.com/profile/20278/dstln” class=“Username” style=“box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 5px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 15px; font-family: Helvetica, Arial; vertical-align: baseline; text-decoration: none; color: rgb(40, 159, 218); white-space: nowrap; overflow: hidden; text-overflow: ellipsis; line-height: 22.09375px; background-color: rgb(247, 247, 247); display: inline !important;”>dstln said its harder to notice while playing & a good clean will get rid of it.<span style=“font-family: ‘lucida grande’, ‘Lucida Sans Unicode’, tahoma, sans-serif; line-height: 1.7em;”> There are a few more pics of it in the links in my sig :)
