The Playstation Thread: State of Play debuting 3/25/2019

Congrats to Insomniac!

I love seeing games like this and God of War silent the haters that say single player story driven games are no longer profitable…

Shitty single play story driven games are not profitable.

Horizon Zero Dawn, God of War, and now Spiderman. Glad to see Sony doing so well with this.

I really wish they would just make a PS4 pro with a 4K BD player. It’s pretty much the only reason why I refuse to buy one.

PSNow gets a change…

So it’s its time for me to get PSNow after I finish up this backlog? Kk

Wow, now there might be a reason to get it

They finally realized that streaming games is a no go.

Target, GameStop and Best Buy still have preorders up for the Playsation Classic

Target and BestBuy charge you immediately but refunds you within a week. GameStop charges once the item ships.

Sony compromised…

Pfft. We know that’s just EA shit-speak for “single player games won’t make all the money in the known universe, so fuck 'em”.

Between Battlefield V having super low preorders after a head honcho told people who didn’t like it not to buy the game, and more countries rising up against lootboxes, I’m loving that EA is at least feeling some heat this year.

So PlayStation Experience is not happening this year…

Bushiden is looking pretty promising. I might just drop some money in support of the project.
