Throw System Questions


I did a cursory search and couldn’t find this information, so I decided to post. What is throw-invulnerable in MvC3? I assume jumping away is, including pre-jump frames, but I’m not completely sure about this. Is back-dashing throw invulnerable as well? So, in short, I’d like to know whether the following is ground throw-invulnerable:

  1. Pre-jump frames
  2. Backdashing

Also, how long are pre-jump frames?


As far as I know the only way out is to tech, which I have been doing a lot of lately seeing as I use Taskmaster’s b+H a lot. Seems like throws are too fast to see coming unless your opponent has a predictable throw pattern.
