Ultra Street Fighter 4 PC Custom Skin Thread


I’m fooling around with texture editing and I have a texture (DTX5, 1/10 mipmaps, 1024x1024) that will not display transparency. The alpha channel has transparencies in black with no gradation. Any ideas?





Alpha transparency also requires a modification to the model’s corresponding section of the *.obj.emm. You can look at the “col-based transparency” tutorial for details, but you don’t need to do any hex editing anymore. Just open the EMM in sloth86’s EMMEdit and add the desired characteristics.

Seems likely to be hardcoded somewhere. If Seth, animated = rotating. Does swapping Seth’s model to another character stop the ball from rotating?

I’ve said it before, but I’m gonna say it again.

Those of you who contribute to this thread absolutely lay Capcom’s ‘official’ skin/costume team to waste. It’s great to see the character mod potential of this game actually realised by people with good taste and ability. I’m looking forward to Ultra’s release on PC so I can roll a lot of the mods into my game many of you have released over the past couple months.


I have a stupid question that’s probably been asked before.
is it possible to give the characters a 2D sprite “layering” that has a 16bit pixy look to it?

Hi, a little surprise to all my friends, here is the mighty Alucard from Castlevania Lords of Shadow 2

I wanted to make this mod a long time ago and I finally foud some time so here he is, ready to fight the evil in Street Fighter X Tekken :slight_smile:

This mod can be used for Costume 1, Costume 2 and/or Costume 3

If you want to use this mod as Costume 1, copy all files from the folder “COSTUME 1” to “resource\CMN\battle\chara\LRS”

If you want to use this mod as Costume 2, copy all files from the folder “COSTUME 2” to “resource\CMN\battle\chara\LRS”

If you want to use this mod as Costume 3, copy all files from the folder “COSTUME 3” to “resource\CMN\battle\chara\LRS”

Overwrite existing files

Is there a way to make the title screen change on the steam version of the game because it seems this title screen mods dont seem to work only the menu mods work…


I’m experimenting with model swapping now. For the most part I’m getting the hang of it but when I try to import a new body into Chun Li, I get this-


I used Sloth86’s EMGSWAP vs3 to extract the body from some other Chun Li mod, and import it into the original Chun Li skin. Is there anything I can do about the model spiking out like that? Could it be because I didn’t turn off the other models?
