"War: Final Assault" cabs in socal?

#1

Does your local arcade have any war cabs with working buttons? I haven’t played the game in 12 years and after reminiscing with some friends I’m trying to find a spot to play. It’s easier to find them for sale then for playing…

Japan arcade - no
family arcade - no
samo pier - no

super arcade - ?

no, not at super arcade lol.

you are right, they are pretty common to find for sale. I could probably get you a real nice one for under $200.

How about 2 with the link? The link I’m fuzzy about, since I’m not a collector and don’t know how to maintenance the hardware.

Ugh, I wish there was a way to upgrade the screens too, they’re super old CRTs, probably half the weight of the cab haha…

what about this spot? I seem to remember them having a sizable arcade, but that was like 8 years ago… http://www.laparks.org/shermanoaks_castlepk/arcade.htm

edit: failure, crappy redemption games mostly.

I found 2 cabs, had them shipped down from norcal. So I started to archive the game in case anyone is looking for it.
