Fairly certain it’s fan art. I remember seeing it in the Guilty Gear XX forum here.
I know it’s not offical.
I believe it was first posted by Psychosquall in the IMM forum. AFAIK he doesn’t know who drew that either.
It was also posted on highervoltage.net and snk-capcom.com, but each poster says he got it from the other site. lol.
